• Complete the entire ADS2007 survey.
• Be a technology director, curriculum director, superintendent or have similar responsibilities.
• Have district level responsibility in a district serving 4,000 or more students.
• Supply a valid district email address.
• Be the first qualifying technology director or curriculum director in your district to complete the survey

Be sure to tell your fellow educational administrators in other districts about the Amazon gift certificate offer and encourage everyone you know involved in K-12 education to take the survey.
